El Paso Adventure is a legally registered, government-recognized trekking and mountaineering company in Nepal. With experienced local guides, a safety-first approach, and personalized services, we offer authentic Himalayan experiences while maintaining ethical, environmental, and cultural values.

The best seasons are Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November). These months offer clear skies, stable weather, and ideal conditions for trekking and climbing.

Yes, climbing permits are required for all peaks and are arranged by us as part of your package. Additionally, travel insurance with coverage for high-altitude activities and evacuation is mandatory for all climbers.

Acclimatization is the process of adapting your body to high altitudes to reduce the risk of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). We include planned acclimatization days in our itineraries to help you adjust gradually and safely.

Tipping is not compulsory, but it is a well-appreciated tradition in Nepal. It’s a gesture of gratitude for the hard work of your guides and porters. We’re happy to suggest a fair tipping range based on your trip.

Not necessarily. Many 6,000+ meter peaks in Nepal (like Island Peak or Mera Peak) are considered trekking peaks and can be attempted with basic fitness and some prior hiking experience. We provide pre-climb training and ensure safety with experienced climbing guides.

You’ll stay in teahouses (local lodges) that offer clean rooms, basic amenities, and warm meals. Most meals include dal bhat (rice, lentils, vegetables), pasta, noodles, soup, and more. For climbs or remote treks, tent accommodation and expedition meals are provided.

Generally, oxygen cylinders are not required for peaks below 7,000 meters. However, our guides carry first aid kits and emergency oxygen when needed. Proper acclimatization is the key to safe climbing.
