Booking Policy

• 25% advance payment required to confirm bookings (2 months prior or upon confirmation).

• Payments via bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, or other supported methods.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation/change of plans: $80 fee.

• Rescheduling: Free if notified 1 weeks in advance.

Final Payment

• Full payment due before departure.

• Non-payment may result in trip cancellation under policy terms.

Early Termination of Trip

• No refunds for early trip termination due to personal or health reasons.

Trip Extensions

• $50 per day for extended itineraries.

Trip Cancellations by Company

• Full refunds provided if company cancels trip.

• Alternative routes may be offered, with adjusted pricing.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

• Natural disasters, landslides, flight cancellations, or legal/policy changes may affect trips.

Liability & Insurance

• Adventure activities involve inherent risks, including injury or death.

• Company not liable for loss, injury, or fatality during trips.

• Participants must have adequate travel/personal insurance.

Travel Documents

• Clients must have valid passports and visas.

Authorized Payments Only

• Payments to guides, agents, or representatives abroad must be authorized.

Booking Terms Flexibility

• Terms may only be waived under exceptional circumstances approved by the director.
